The 2023 Spartan Race season got off to a flyer with over 5000 participants and spectators across the weekend at Henley. All the kids taking part put in a tremendous effort to clear all the obstacles, fully earning their medals and Happy Monkey smoothie for crossing the finish line.
This is the 5th year that Happy Monkey have been the official hydration partner for the Spartan Kids races and we’re delighted to see the popularity of the event continue to grow.
The Spartan Kids race involves a series of obstacle course races — ranging from 800m to 3.2km — specifically designed to get kids (ages 4-14) outside, feeling accomplished and having fun. They’ll run, jump and crush their way through obstacles, just like the adults. And at the end of it all they receive a medal and Happy Monkey Smoothie!
